In a groundbreaking announcement, Politician Maina Njenga has revealed plans for a monumental event on December 31, 2023, aimed at unveiling the new Mt Kenya Kingpin. In an exclusive interview with The Star, Njenga disclosed that this event would mark a significant moment for the Mt Kenya region, symbolizing a fresh start.
The event is scheduled to take place in Nyeri County
and will be graced by the presence of Former President Uhuru Kenyatta. Njenga
emphasized the inclusivity of the event, extending invitations to individuals
regardless of their political affiliations. He stressed the importance of unity
within the region, urging everyone to stand together during this crucial period.
While Njenga did not specify the successor to be
named, he acknowledged Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s calls for unity
within Mt Kenya. He emphasized the need for transparent discussions held in
public spaces, encouraging broad representation of the community. Njenga
highlighted that the decision regarding the new leadership transcends

Regarding speculations about Uhuru's successor, Njenga

Addressing concerns about the emerging political
entity, Kamwene, Njenga assured that the Azimio La Umoja brigade is fully
engaged and committed. He underscored the primary focus on the Mt Kenya region,
emphasizing the importance of free and fair elections, devoid of fear. Njenga
reiterated that the current administration, Kenya Kwanza, has a mandate to
unite the nation and fulfill its promises. He acknowledged the challenges faced
