Inspiring Kenyan Environmentalist VICTOR OPIYO OKELLO Receives Global Acclaim For Environment Conservation Effort


In a remarkable display of environmental leadership, Kenyan climate justice advocate Victor Opiyo Okello has garnered global recognition for his exceptional efforts in environmental conservation. Okello, the founder of Weforest International, a non-profit organization dedicated to reforestation and promoting eco-friendly practices, has planted over 58,000 trees, nurtured 350 fruit seedlings in schools, and safeguarded 280 crucial mangrove trees along the Kenyan coast.

His unwavering commitment to addressing climate issues has earned him accolades, including a special recognition from Former President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, at the 3rd International Climate Summit in Delhi.
