KCB Foundation has announced a significant opportunity for aspiring individuals seeking vocational training by offering scholarships for the September 2023 intake. These scholarships will be made available at partner technical training institutions across various counties in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kiambu, Nakuru, Kirinyaga, Kisii, Meru, Uasin Gishu, Kakamega, and Elgeyo Marakwet.
The scholarship covers a diverse range of training sectors, including Agribusiness, Automotive Engineering, Beauty and Personal Care, Building and Construction, and Domestic Services. A variety of courses will be offered, encompassing Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Plumbing, Masonry, Electricals Installation, Carpentry, Film Production, Agribusiness, and more.
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must possess a National Identity Card, be capable of reading and writing in Kiswahili and/or English, and commit to attending all training sessions at the participating technical training institutions or vocational training centers in their respective county of residence.
Interviews for these scholarships are scheduled to commence from September 26th to September 28th, 2023. This initiative by the KCB Foundation represents a valuable opportunity for individuals to acquire vocational skills and enhance their career prospects.
